You mean when you read a past e-mail?
Well, at least you can know when did the Exchange Server deliver it to your outlook, I think. Open the inbox, right-click on the message, and select "options". In the screen that appears, you can see the Internet headers at the bottom, and you should see something like:
received from your domain by your exchange server with smtp [...] id XXXXX thu 29, jan, 2004 10:11
