I don't know which version I used so I just deleted everything from the DB =) I have tried and uploaded the files a few times but no luck. The file is straight from the zip, but here's a txt-link anyways. http://www.gotlandrace.com/temp/admin_rules.txt
tribaliztic, I was unable to reproduce the error, the file you've posted works fine for me. If you'd like me to take a look at your forum, email me the URL and make me an admin and I'll see what I can do.
Hmm... I have no idea. Is that a serverhacker version your forum is based on? Or Crash's version? Maybe this is causing the error, although I doubt it.
I'll get back to you as soon as I have an idea or a solution.

Okay.. now I'm REALLY confused... It's working on my test site. Does the script use some kind of plugin on the server or something? Or maybe the bad admin_rules.asp is cached somehow?

*Could* be, although I doubt it.
I can offer the following: you could zip up your forum files (.asp & .js) files and send them to me, so I can take a look if anything (in the include files files maybe) could cause the error.
