i have added the Avatar feat. to my site...and i think that as usual everybody can add a personal avatar to his profile...but (Surely i'm wrong...) it seems users can only choose from that ones uploaded to the administrator...
Users can not add theirselves an avatar...isn'it?
so the Admin have to paint or upadate tons of GIF..! or what?!
really cannot understand.....

As Administrator you will have to upload avatars (and adde them in Admin Options) to make them available for your users.
DoraMoon's My Avatar Addon enables your users to use their own avatars.

My MODs:
Birthdays - Custom Policy - F.A.Q. Administration - Forum Rules - Guestbook
Links Manager - MyOwnGoogle - Profile Views - Search Log - WebSearch

Useful stuff:
Forum and MOD Installation - MOD Installation Guide - Snitz v3.4.05 Readme - Free ASP Hosts - Support Snitz

Not with the Avatar MOD itself, you'll need to install the Addon I posted above.

Well it is pretty simple. You open the .asp files DoraMoon prrovided with her mod. There you look for the commented sections (like it says in the textfile). These sections you copy and paste in your own pages. Also the comments in these sections you need to follow.

There is a way to do it with your current MOD, but it takes a bit of experience on the user's part. When you add the avatar, you link the avatar to the user's webspace (possibly ISP freebie area) and they can then change avatars when they want.
