lucky you then, uses same referrer method, if it occurs in 3.4.04 then it occured in 3.4.03

I agree- workarounds are needed - sometimes it is just not feasible to tell users to turn off these things - even if they irritate the hell out of us.

I have not tested it - since my own forum is not affected - I had done some changes to the code on my own pages.

However - you may want to give this a try. Remember to back up all the original files though.
