Does anyone recognise the menu that's being used on the Quark website. I have a client who wants to see a template tomorrow morning (she likes the slide effect of that menu) so I'm trying to take the good ol' "stock script" shortcut to speed up the devlopment rather than trying to write something myself in that short space.

I think I've used this script before to play with and the only thing I didn't like about it is that you were forced to use absolute positioning of each menu. It is fine if you want to just use it for a Top/Left configuration, but I did not so it was not really fun.

There is a demo of a horizontally centred menu in the download. It's not very well documented but it doesn't take too much twiddling to create a menu that's centered both vertically and horizontally.

That is cool! I like that a lot. Maybe I will try incorporating them into some of my sites.

If only there were more hours in each day...

Not only the menu script. Take a look around, he's got some very neat scripts in there. He apparentl worked for Rare at some point.
