I have had the PM Mod installed for some time now and all is working fine. However, I have one user who has no PMs in his inbox and it says that he is over his PM limit.
I have checked his preferences and PMs are turned on, and the admin options say that limit is well over 100.
1. You can go into your database and there to look for them and delete them one by one.
2. Increase the limit of max. PM's. When you implemented the PM mod the right way you can do this in admin options. And let the user delete the pm's
3. Delete all pm's before a certain date. Maybe this will bring down his PM count.
4. Go into his profile change is password there. Log-in under his account and start deleting yourself. After this e-mail him the new password so he can log-in.
The problem is that there are no PMs in his inbox but it says that he is over his limit. I have tried changing the PM limit to no avail and have also logged in using his profile.
