I downloaded the active users mod...however... does this show the name of the members currently viewing my forum?? is there a mod or way to do this yet... if anyone can help it'd be great. Thanks

Yes, it shows the members currently browsing the boards. It uses an include in default.asp.
It does NOT show the user viewing a specific topic (in topic.asp) or a specific forum (in forum.asp). However there is an additional mod for that..I thought is called WhoIsInside or something.

Yes, that's exactly what it does. It can show, on default.asp, the names of all members currently online with links to their profiles. If you wish, users can choose to be "anonymous" and not show up in this list. There's also an option to have an active users page which can display member names, browser & OS, page currently being viewed, IP address (admin only) and more.

Hi there!

AFAIK there is no MOD that tell you who is currentlyviewing a topic; besides, I am not sure whether it would be accurate information, as it is impossible to know, from the server side, if the user just logged in and never logged out.

You can check the "Who read topic" mod:

It just gives historical information, about users that saw the topic at any time, not currently.
