The Agorahosting ad is fine.
I normally have no problem with (Google) ads, but compared to the rest of the sidebar it creates a white space that is far too big (especially when only 1 "ad link" is displayed).

You could try to create a sidebar at the right side of the pages, but that'll probably take away topo much space for the content then.

OWM, I've removed the Google Adsense skyscraper...it didn't pay me a dime, and I'm not planning on giving Adsense free advertisement space. I've put up the PayPal ad...that's a lot smaller.

So...I'm done!! pfieuw.
I've completely re-done oxle, with Snitz 3.4.04 as the basecode, instead of CrashCode 3.4.
The objective was to get it a bit more speedy, but it seems that the sidebar is the cause of the troubles.
However, Oxle is back to snitz now!
Okay, with these mods installed:
  • Header redesign
  • Image Resize Mod
  • CTRL-B/CTRL-U/CTRL-I in post.asp for Bold, Underline and Italic
  • Additional Forum Code (Iframe etc)
  • Modified Forum Code (Quote etc)
  • The [You] feature (Yes, especially for [you]!)
  • Flag Mod
  • Message Icons
  • Smile Manager (Additional Smilies)
  • Custom Policy
  • Hover color mod
  • Sticky Topic Mod Didn't know that that was incorporated in the default Snitz!
  • Limit Quick Paging by OneWayMule
  • Alternative paging by sr_erick
  • Forum Themes
  • Basic Statistics
  • Site Statistics
  • Avatars
  • Avatar uploads
  • AntiSpam Registration
  • Private Messages
  • Polls
  • Active Users
  • Sponsoring Members Mod
  • File Attachments/Uploads
  • Sidebarmod
  • Events Calendar
  • Inactive Users

Looks very nice!
The only thing I'd change is reducing the space between the sidebar and the content.
