WWS, on an totally off-topic point, I noticed that you haven't added the fix for the sub profileoptions to that page (found here). Just so you know.
It is kinda odd that it worked for you with the original version of this mod, but not the latest. Just out of curiosity, has anyone else tested this on mssql? |

worked fine before, I added that fixed for the just in case sceneario, thanks. aspwiz has been helping on this mod and we've made progress, we fixed the prob mentioned here but another came up after the fixes he suggested where the current page, no longer shows the query string, just the page, say page is really detail.asp?tid=4858 it'll only now show detail.asp Weird that fixing the original problem caused a problem elsewhere. Thank's to the both of you for your continued help. |

Im glad you have made some progress, as the error you encountered seems very odd and elusive. I hope you manage to fix the querystring-problem as well. |

in the db? it's there, or you mean on the actie_users.asp page? if the later, then it's empty but in the db it's there and on my backup it works fine. I am not asp literate but cna get around a bit though I am not sure what you mean when you say querystring-variable.

I have what may seem to be an obviouse question that has not been asked yet.
Once you implement the MOD to recognize the bots, how can you go about "blocking" these bots from roaming on your site?
Some of us would like to rid ourselves fo these snoopers. |
