Can anyone spot my problem here ?
I have been playing around with a portal version at www.v8central.com/portal5/ - everything works fine, and you can change the skins, easy !
To speed up development a bit, I pulled down the whole /portal5 directory and all subdir's, setup the same structure on an XPPro machine, installed IIS, tested the roor dir (fine!), went to the /portal5 dir and it works BUT ... the CSS doesn't seem to change anything. I get text, I get images but I don't get any td colors or ANY other formatting at all 
So what did I miss ? I've done this before and the same steps work, but not now |

Thanks redbard0  My 'true and known' source was also missing the CSS, I bounced the copy through a few machines and missed the css directory ... silly me  |
