Sure you can, people have been doing it since the begning of the WWW .. you just have to update the page and upload it everytime you add to your blog
I installed and customized the blog (journal) from www.webwizguide.com and I like it pretty well. The original install looks pretty plain but you can customize it in an admin form (much like Snitz). Mine's more personal in nature and yours seems to be centered around music (kind of figures :)). That's what I like about blogs. I'll check yours out from time to time.
