Looks quite good, I'm a little confused by the site though

yeah, I was confused too, but there is enough source code available to customize and build upon for yourself.

it is created using .asp and xml. once you post a topic, it actually creates the page for you. it's not like it reads from a database. you actually "publish" the blogging.
in short, yes, you need to be able to execute asp as well as being allowed to write files to certain directories using FSO. |

It would be impossible to make a pure HTML based Blog because of the information that needs to be written and stored. You just can not do that with a simple markup language. |
