Well that is your problem. I would probably advise an upgrade of your database to Access 2000, but I would recommend doing it using english versions of your operating system and Office.

Can't you find someone who might do the upgrade for you?

No, but the upgrade of your database should be done with the english version of both Windows and Office.

The line should be put at the top of inc_header.asp.

Regarding the conversion, if the database is already in Access 2000 not much can be done about it. When did you convert it? You should know that the database was originally in Access 97 format and you need to convert to Access 2000. If did not do it explicitly, it still should be in Access 97 format.

i have no idea why it's in Access 2000.
i'm using Snitz 3.3.03 and there is Inc_top.asp .
i put it at the top but got an error:

Active Server Pages, ASP 0140 (0x80004005)
The @ command must be the first command within the Active Server Page.
/forums/inc_top.asp, line 1

Yeah, that means that you will need to add that at the top of each "main" asp file in your forum code: default.asp, forum.asp, topic.asp, active.asp and any other where you may need to see hebrew. Try default.asp and if it works, add the code to the other pages.
