OneWayMule released the last version of it (available from SnitzBitz.com), although I expanded on his design to develop additional pages for moderators and admins, and posted my modifications here. As far as I know, nothing more has been done with it, although my posting had replies that generated a few ideas for enhancement. I have not proceeded with these ideas yet, and I don't think OWM has either - at least, last I checked his site he had not posted anything else about it...

Also, I'm currently working on a new version which will include the following new features: - FAQs in categories - order configuration of cats and FAQs - You can set the authentication level for each category (admins only, Admins, Moderators, all (registered) users, all visitors) - HTML allowed
