I live in Michigan, but where I live we only had our power go out for a few minutes. However, a town only 40 miles from me had all their power out for a while longer. I have relatives that live in Detroit, and they just got theirs back on Sunday. Was anyone else affected by this also?

Life is a waste of time. Time is a waste of life. So get wasted all of the time and have the time of your life.

I was lucky and got through it without much trouble. Was driving through Connecticut when it happened so the traffic lights were out and stores were closed. I went to a concert that ended up being concert-by-candlelight. Fortunately the musicians had a battery powered sound system.

Crazy time though. Some friends were stuck in Manhattan after work and walked hours back home to Brooklyn.

It wasn't bad here for me. I'm in CT near Hartford (not in, but a few towns over), lights only flickered.
