im having trouble installing my forum im not sure how to go about it any suggestions?

ok i downloaded the current version and its all saved to my computer in a folder not sure how to install it now though as i cant find an install bit

There is a file called readme.htm (also available here included in the zip file you've downloaded which inlcudes the installation instructions.
