Many layers of categories would be very, very nice. Please, pretty please. Is it the upgrading from version 2 that is giving the problem, otherwise it works fine? I was really looking forward to the ability of having more than just two layers. I guess if it's not possible it's not possible but it would be a really great feature. I know several people asked about it for version 2. Please give it a little more consideration.
By the way, if you need someone to test upgrading I could help with that. I have probably 2-300 links on my LM2.
Oh, one more thing I noticed on LM2 that was a pain was that they keywords and description fields only allowed a certain number of characters but the form fields didn't restrict it and an error would show up when you're trying to submit the page. If you're planning on restricting these two fields to a limited number of characters, I would suggest making the keywords text box have a maximum size of whatever the number is and for the description box, put a javascript counter so people know how many characters they have typed and how many they have left. There is an example of this on my blog on the comments page at http://www.bookfamily.net/blog/journal_comments.asp?JournalID=18&PagePosition=1 |

Hmm, OK, I'll take a look at this again.

I appreciate that!

I thought about adding this as well (I think I've seen it at vBulletin). I'd prefer using a memo field for descriptions, but that would avoid compatability with LM3. |

I think I didn't make my coffee as strong as I needed to this morning. Could you explain this statement for me? I think I understand using a memo field because you wouldn't be limited to 255 characters. If you're limited to 255 characters, it would be nice to know if you're over or getting close... I think you get what I'm saying.
If I add a link to my LM2, I usually copy the description out of the source and sometimes it's over 255 characters. Then I have to copy the stupid text into a Word document and trim it down to fit. What a pain. It would just be an luxury, I guess. If you don't add something like that it, no big deal.
A memo field would be nice but what do you mean about avoiding compatability with LM3?
I know, I know... everyone's going to flame me for holding up the beta release. |

Any chance of adding an option which will allow submitters to tell what language the website the link is pointing to is written in, and then display this on the same line as the link? |

Maybe it could be (admin optional) icons and/or text? Icons could be small flags. |

What size should the images be (pixels), I'll volunteer to get the gifs if you like. There are a lot of counties with flags, is there a limited number of countries that could be selected for the icon version? |

Someone might not feel comfortable with that, maybe you could add one option for American English and one for British English? |

OK, I'll add it. If you do know any source where I can get (free) small flag icons, let me know.
They are included included in the crashcode (http://www.crashsite.nl) |

That would be really great if you could implement it - would add greatly to the product. Looking forward to testing it
