If I am not mistaken, when a member is banned from a site he/she can set up another account using a dif name and e-mail. Correct?
If so, is there a MOD that will ban a whole computer? That would be an awesome MOD.

I looked at Snitz Bitz but the only IP block I saw was for an older version. Did I pass over it?
