Feel free to borrow from my own. I have two documents; my Forum Policies and Posting Guidelines. They don't cover everything, but they're a start. Getting people to read them is still a trick.
Yes, I was thinking about that this morning. I might try to 'actively encourage' new members to read it by adding in a link to the topic in the account activation email, or redirecting them to that topic once they have activated.
