try change if sCountry = "" then Response.Redirect "MemberCountByCountry.asp" : Response.End
to

if sCountry = "" then sCountry = " "

if you use snitz as the user db, it generally stores zerolengh string as " ".

you can try and see if all the unknown users are listed. I don't know what's the default value for that field. maybe it's also "" or null.

I went to your site. the link at the bottom says 240
while the total displayed in state= is 15*15+12 = 237, any idea?
