Pretty standard, the logo shows up as a red X. Just modified the colors, and there are pop up ads which is always a downer, although if you need them for money they're necessary.
hmm... the logo's too big IMO, and the category titles are hard to read (black on a dark green), same goes for the head cell (dark grey on darker grey).
I think the header image is a very big file. It toke me for ever to load that page. The banner is not really apealing. The Color scheme need to be thought out more.

i was just about to suggest making the background to your headers some kind of metallic looking texture "_ looks nice and clean, loaded quite quickly for me as well.
