When I try to enable NT Autehntication I get this error msg:

"You have to enable non-Anonymous access for the forum on the server first"

How do I solve this problem?

I'm running Apache 2.0.40 with the ChiliASP engine.

correct me if i'm wrong, but how can you have NT Authentication on a machine that isn't NT?

I believe that you will need IIS to use NT Authentication. I have never heard of NT Auth being used on another server other than IIS.

All you have to do is the following,

- Get in to your IIS manager
- right click on the sight you wish to manage
- select properties, Directory Security
- deselect 'enable anonymous access'
- select 'integrated windows authentication' (on IIS 6.0)
- press o.k.

now try again, it worked for me....

You need to be running IIS for it to work.
