Just a basic SH forum with a couple more mods added on from here. The site is new, just opened it about 2 days ago so there's barely like 3-4 members It has some topics for discussion, some of which could be really discussive and others less and as always you can suggest some other topics. Feel free to view the site, maybe register and generate some discussion and perhaps get the site grow. I appreciate your comments and suggestions about it!

thanks, I have not been able to change since if I make it a lighter color in the config panel, then links in the forum come out as white, I tried to make it an image but that didn't work I'll figure it out eventually. Thanks!

You might want to take a look at it in Mozilla or Netscape 6+

The content follows 6-7 pages of nearly empty space which appears to contain bits of your menu.

I strongly agree with jaydee about the register link - the way that is you could have trouble getting members.

Hi Nathan, I just checked it on Netscape 6 and Mozilla and all seems to be working fine. I did however remove a code snippet before checking which was giving me a bit of loading problems on IE so it should be all fixed. I tried converting the register link into an image but the image didn't show up. Any ideas on how to do this guys/gals?

You can either hard code the register link as a different color or change the variable to another link color that you use.

I tried changing the color, hard coding it and it did not work. If I change it in the config panel to a different panel, then the link colors get changed in the forums and can't be seen against the white bg color. I tried editing this line in the inc_header.asp changing it from:
Response.Write " <br><font face=""" & strDefaultFontFace & """ size=""3""><a href=""policy.asp"" tabindex=""-1""><b>Register</b></a></font>" & vbNewLine
to:
Response.Write " <br><img src=""images/register.gif"">" & vbNewLine
and that didn't work, the image wasn't displayed, nor x'ed out. Your help is appreciated

You might want to change the image tag to
...<img src=""images/register.gif"" border=""0"">...

to prevent the border.

if (lcase(strEmail) = "1") then
Response.Write " <br><font face=""" & strDefaultFontFace & """ size=""" & strFooterFontSize & """><a href=""password.asp""" & dWStatus("Choose a new password if you have forgotten your current one...") & " tabindex=""-1"">Forgot "
if strAuthType = "nt" then Response.Write("Admin ")
Response.Write "Password?</a></font>" & vbNewLine

how how would I go by making that an image? Forgot Password is separated into two sections so can't just insert an image tag, and again can't dictate the font color there either beccause it wont work and can't change in the config to a lighter color because then the other links affected would be too light to see.
