Does anyone know what happened to Work Mule (aka David Voss)?

I want to use his Perl Script for converting a Snitz 3.3.05 to CSS and want to know which version of Perl to use.

If anyone knows anything about his "Snitz vs 3.3.03 with CSS" MOD released around the time of Aug 09, 2001, I am also seeking you advice regarding using it.

In the event that no one knows of Work Mule's wherabouts, below are a couple of the questions I had for him.

Are there any recommendations for or against the use of his script? Are there any recommendations for a better way of doing this?
