We are considering a change in the layout and colors of the forum and are trying to decide on what we need rather than what we want when it comes to the MODS.
We are looking into adding in these MODS on the front page MOD:

Since we are new to asp we are always weary in making these changes. We have been experimenting in implementing MODS like this site:
I do have a question though....as i understand it you would install the front page MOD and then the other MODS are installed on this page....is this correct?
How easy it to place each MOD and position them where you want...is there alot of code to change?
So you don't want to go with one of the modded forums? This would save you all the file editing, and there is a lot to configure, especially when you want to look your forum like the one you posted above. I'd give a modded forum a try - install it, configure the colors and then decide if that's what you want.

Where can i obtain a moded forum for the site i mentioned http://audiounix.myonlinehost.com/board1/sitenews.asp. I really like this one. Is there a link to download this MOD. and will i have to reinstall the forum if i choose this or can it be incorporated into the my forum now?
I was also looking into the server hacker forum but it seems he is having some probs with his site today. I get a page cannot be displayed error when trying to access his link. Maybe he is still moving his site -- i think thats what i read in an earlier post in another thread. So many i read today.
