Mod Name: VAS-OneEmail-Subscription
You will now only Get one Email per topic for each new Topic and/or Reply to a topic. Unless you viewed that topic and/or a day has passed.
This will cut down on the Emails and make everyone happy!

Currently Only way to get see a demo of this is to be a member on my development forums. Post in test forums or Forum development section that you want to test this. and I will reply 2-3 times so you can see what it does!

Comments:
Becasue this version is doing a date check, it auto cleanups the database for old info and removes it. makes the Table smaller than the first beta version 
Currently its set to one day for a timeout. However a user setting of everypost,1 hour,6 hours,1day,1week can be added

I had a user ask me the other day about this. I have to agree this will help out a lot with mail server traffic. I look forward to implementing this when you are done.
If you need someone to help test I would be happy to install it on my forum and have my users test it out.

But the only link that hvaes something about subscription in the link in the index of all forums..
I Dont have a link in each topic...each category.
Is necessary a mod to do it ??? |
