Look in the admin options for the Items per page options, its in the Feature Configuration >> Topic Features section, I believe that does exactly what you want.
I think he want's a different Items per page for each of the pages he mentioned. So members.asp will show 20 per age and topics.asp will show 10 per page. Am I right?
If that's the case it's very much possible. The question is, is anybody willing to do it for you.
