Hi All,

This might not be the best place to ask, but I'll give it a shot anyway.

Can anyone here recommend an inexpensive data analysis software package ($200.00 US or less, preferably less)? I've got a personal project where I need to do some number crunching (statistical regression). I really don't want to use Excel for this, although I know you could, if you really had to. Yuck!

SPSS is complete over kill in this case. Back when I was in school I used to use a package called MiniTab (my copy is ancient, DOS version ), but I don't know if they're around anymore.

TIA

Ken

Commercial version, $1195! Jeez, I wish I was a student again.

Looks like I'm going to be giving the demo version a test drive. Hope I can get everything done in 30 days.
