Does anyone have the code needed to show the City, State (if USA) or City, Country (if not USA) on the left column of topics?

Richard has helped with this previously, but I was unable to come up with the code. We're using 3.4.03.

There is a post here for putting Name, City, State in author box, maybe you could adapt it to include Country instead of name.
