i install snitz with iss 5 on window 2000 professional...
I know how to fix it, but it's not what you want to hear. I personally don't see the need for products such as "Zone Alarm" or "Norton Personal Firewall", and I don't use them. But that is just my personal opinion.
Zone alarm should catch what is being blocked to Snitz, and you should be able to configure the firewall to let whatever port/protocol you need to pass.
I use ZA Pro and I have no port restrictions. Why would you do that? I control which apps have Internet Access, which can have server roles and that's it. My machine is still hidden from outside in every test I tried...
