List serve? All I want to do is have the complete post in the subscription email that is sent instead of just a pointer to the posting. Not sure where list serve enters into it.

I havn't been able to make this work. Are there some more clear instructions on how to do this?

When I follow the above directions I get the folowing error when I post:

Microsoft OLE DB Provider for SQL Server error '80040e14'

Incorrect syntax near the keyword 'AND'.

/forum/inc_subscription.asp, line 59

It looks as though ToipcID is returned with no data "" when this is placed in line 40 of inc_subscriptions.asp sub
ProcessSubscriptions (pMemberId, CatID, ForumId, TopicId, Moderation, txtMessage)
But I cant understand why that is.

I fonund this topic and tested it yesterday worked great and is VERY SIMPLE

I did change the Code slightly to make the message stand out better in the email. Here are lines 191 through 196

strMessage = strMessage & "Regarding the subject - " & TopicName & "." & vbNewline & vbNewline
strMessage = strMessage & "Message:" & vbNewline
strMessage = strMessage & "------------------------------------------------------------" & vbNewline
strMessage = strMessage & vbNewline & request.form("Message") & "." & vbNewline & vbNewline
strMessage = strMessage & "------------------------------------------------------------" & vbNewline
strMessage = strMessage & "You can view the posting at " & strForumURL & "topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=" & TopicId & vbNewline

I did not test this with forum code so I have no idea what that will do to the email.
