I need a feedback form on my website.
You know where it has a place for them to write their e-mail address, a place for them to write their message. They click submit and it posts that message to your e-mail !

Can anyone help me ?

Take pop_mail.asp and edit that. I've done it for both my sites (http://www.frutzle.com/contact.asp and http://www.rakkoon.com/send_mail.asp) and they work great. Just make sure you use the forums' inc_header.asp and inc_footer.asp and don't remove any of the includes. You can simply hard-code the name and email address of the receipient and even add extra information such as the sender's IP address.

You might want to fix your site before you start offering web design services. I get asked for a domain, username and password for all images that are supposed to show, except those in the menu.

MMMmmm... yeah, I didn't really want to have to go into the forum files tho !
Wouln'd people wither have to be registered to send me e-mail or I would have to allow people to send e-mail to forum members without being logged in ?

Carefree, thats a good feedback forum !
any chance you could let me have the coding for it ?
The zip file wont download- FrutZle is correct, it asks for passwords all the time, and the zip file cant be downloaded !
