Regardless of where this topic is placed, nobody will be able to help you or even give you pointers as to what can be done to improve your forums unless you provide a URL to the site.
Mod makes a good point. Put up a URL and Ill see what I can to ta give you a hand. Ive got my own site going up, but since you gave me some help, I can help you out.
