i have a big problem with this statistic program side server ,i have only the snitz on the site but he don't counts all the visit and the pages that forum make.
my hosting does not succeed to make it to work to duty.
there is nothing you can do, web stats are at best totally in accurate and at worst completely meaningless, mainly due to dns caches sending you the pages rather than the actual server.
suggestion? find a different host that you are satisfied with
Webalizer just reads log files and produces statistics from them, it has nothing to do with how many members you may have in your forum. I suggest perhaps your host has changed some logging options which has stopped Webalizer from working. It is certainly nothing to do with the Snitz Forums.
