I had it setup so people could register and confirm email address. Now they go to pending until I activate. Not sure if I hit the wrong switch or not, but I would like to turn this off and allow to post immediately. I can't seem to find this option. Could someone point me in the right direction?

They are in Pending because they haven't confirmed their e-mail address yet. The activate link is only for if you want to activate them without them confirming their e-mail address.

To have them post immediately, go to Admin Options->Email Server Configuration and set Email Validation to Off.
