Hi.. i would like to ask a question.. i had used your forum.. its really good... but i'm having a problem now... one of my member in my forum forget his password.. FYI,i'm using Brinkster as my hosting... so,how can i get his password? i tried to query the password from Brinkster service.. i wrote this at SQL query..
SELECT * FROM FORUM_MEMBERS and it returns me all records in members table including the pasword.. but the password is decrypted password... how can i get his original password???
you can't get his original password, but you can change it for them and then e-mail them the new password. Just goto your members page and modify the user from there, enter a new password for the user and also e-mail that new password to the user.
