My users cannot register at all. The error we keep getting is:
---error starts here----- Microsoft JET Database Engine error '80040e14' Number of query values and destination fields are not the same. /<forum folder>/register.asp, line 594 ----error ends here------
The 'search' yielded no concrete answers on how to fix. We're on v. 3.4.02. Last MOD applied is 'Active Users.'
Please advise.

Rasco is right. You must have applied some of the Active Users mod instructions wrongly or missed them altogether.
It's going to take me forever troubleshooting this. I've restored from last good backup prior to the MOD update... I hope I don't get to encounter this the next time I reapply the Active Users MOD.
