Hi i have tried the two mods for adding more ranks but i get a load of errors when trying to install the mod and it does not take. My site wants to add atleast three new rank formats one being a special Moderator with limited powers

There aren't any MODs available which enable you to add a "special Moderator with limited powers", as far as I know.
