Latest Update - August 7.
Ok, folks, the moment is getting closer.
We will be shutting the forums down for a short while between 7 and 9am BST so that we can upgrade the site to version 3.4
Richard will also release the code to the moderators when this is done, so they can become familiar with the code, all being well and barring any major problems, we should be releasing the code to everyone towards the middle of next week.

Update - August 4.
There have been a few bugs that we have encountered in the RC1 version. These bugs have delayed the installing of the 3.4 version that we hoped we would have installed here last week.
Just want to inform everyone on what's the status of the new version of the forums.
Currently we are just finishing the final touches to the code. After that we will give a copy of the code to our moderators and do a trial run of the new forum here at the Snitz Forums, to bring out any new bugs that we might have missed during the beta phase.
After the trial run which should last about a week (granted there are not too many new bugs found), we will release Snitz Forums 3.4 Final to the public.
It's been a long 8 months working on this new version and I hope everyone will enjoy the hard work that was put into it. And thanks for waiting.

Wow. Based on what I've read about it thus far, I simply can't wait to see it in person! Thanks again for all the arduous efforts, they haven't gone unnoticed...

I'm going to wait for the 3.4 instead of trying to add all of the MODs to 3.3.05. 3.4 has EVERYTHING I want and more! It will be well worth the wait.
Even though it has been 8 months, it shows the dedication and hard work going into it. (I'm sure most people also have full-time jobs.) It also shows that you don't pump out garbage just to get new releases out. The whole development team deserves a hearty CONGRATULATIONS for all past work and the soon to be released 3.4.

Amen to that. I have put so many projects just waiting for 3.4, I'm going to be bombarded with long-over-due-now-i-can-do projects...I CAN"T WAIT!!
