That would be spiffy and all...
But including the topic in each post simply adds to the overall "vertical height" of every post, something I try to discourage because I allow a 40x tall sig image.
What I did to make the Topic easiser to see, and the previous/next topic buttons easier to use was just make the Topic big, bold and colored, changed the topic line itself, and add a copy of the topic line to the bottom as well.
It's just simple html commands except how the number of Active Users is not plural for 1 user.
I will make a post later about my mods.
