The download doesn't have this bug. I just checked and in the Access DB that comes with the download, the Bad words list starts and ends with a word.

It occurs when users add thier own bad words to the list, they leave the | pipe at the end.

I would put a check in to test if the pipe is at the end or not when they submit it. If it is, remove it before inserting it into the database.
