Are they hacking forums using Access databases?

do we really sit back and wait to see all our sites get hacked by this or these losers?
Just proves that no Snitz Forum is immune to these attacks. We have so many great talents here in the community and I think the best way we can do is combine our resources/talents and concentrate in testing, evaluating the forum's known and unknown security leaks and hopefully would come up with a more stable, hack-proof code. We could have a say, Security Committe that will specifically handle this.

Umm. . . I just said that I left the forum wide open by leaving HTML on. I knew that it was vounerable, I left it open on trust.

cant anyone pull the logs from the server. to trace (probably spoofed) last ip's that were at site.

We know exactly what the holes are, the reason everyone is getting hacked is because the hack was anounced on at least 3 public forums that I know of, which forced us to publically release the fixes. This had the obvious effect (which we tried to avoid) of exposing evryone to attack, the outcome you are all now witnessing.
