Admiting that you are using an Access DB just download it from your server, restore your admin password and upload the DB again.
Meanwhile you may want to stop your forum running, by removing the files from public access, transfering them for another folder, off public access, for example. You should also apply the latest security fixes to Snitz and only then, with the DB in proper condition and the forum code protected against hacks should you restore your forum again.
