I have AU 3.5, and now I would like to upload 4.0... so,

Can I upload without eraseing 3.5... over it?

If yes, do I have to change files again, and erase inserted lines from 3.5 MOD?

no. it is either 3.5 or 4.0. not both

You should go back and clean as much of AU 3.5 out as possible.
