I am a new developper who is would like to incorporate Snitz Forums in a website.
After having read this forum and some FAQs I am realise confused on what's this product status is concerned.
The bottom line for me is being able to run a forum in Spanish.
If I understand well is that some guys have translated V3 to Spanish but when the V4 will be released I'll have to redo the translation all over again. Is this right ?
Am I safe to use the latest version in Spanish instead of using a V4 beta with aparently some sort of internationalization included ?
The current release is 3.303 it is english only the next release will be 3.4 it is also english only. After that will come v4 which is the international version.

V4 beta is v 3.3 with some features for Internationalization. It's easier to translate. Also you'll probably find that it has some fixes that are missing from the current 3.3.03 version, since patches have been released as a package for it, and that hasn't happened with 3.3.03.
You can get the status of v4 development from the link in my signature. Beware, it is a beta, and you should not use it in production. Although it performs well in v4b03 (same functionality as v3.3.03 + some more important fixes), there will be no upgrade support between versions, until v4.0 final is released.
On the other hand, the language translations will be much easy between betas, because only the changes will be translated.
v4b04 will be released "some time" after v3.4 is released. It will be based on v3.4 and will incorporate changes required for internationalization.
Current official production version is v3.3.03 (English only) as Huw explained above.
