When I delete a Forum Topic the user who has created it are begin set 1 topic down in rank
If not how could I make it?

when there's no reply, i guess no one knows anything about it, or no one has had the time to read your post.
as far as i know, there's no mod for it (yet).

Umm I just checked and the download links for pop_download.zip are down, what are the odds we can get it back up?

seems working now, myabe it was a temporary down problem.
