Though desperatly in need of a host, I am proud to announce the Snitz Exchange
Current Features - Link Exchange: Users can add/edit/delete links to their sites with snitzy content. - Mod Exchange: Much link the Mod Resource, users can add/edit/delete mods that they have created.
Features Under Construction: - Icon Exchange: Users can upload/edit/delete icon sets that they have made and wish to share. - Smile Exchange: Users can upload/edit/delete smiles they have made/collected. - Other exchanges may present themselves in the future.
Also at the Snitz exchange: - Home of Ls3k mods such as the RTE and several upcoming releases - Testing center for ls3k mods and beta forums.
Please note, the mod exchange and link exchange pages were coded by me from scratch. This was my first large scale ASP project, there may be bugs I have overlooked.
<edit> After smoothing out some rough coding (thanks heptite!) and having my host set the permissions on the correct folder this time. Its quite a relief to me to say the Snitz Exchange is back at ls3k.com
Thank you very much for the offer though Brad!

The page is not set up to be viewed properly at 800X600 resolution. I work with a one pc / two video card / two monitor setup. One monitor is at 800X600, the other 1024X768. This site looks great at the higher resolution. I have to use scrollbars at the 800X600.
EDIT: I should have read the 'site feedback first'. Seems that someone else has already alerted the issue.

Its optimised for high resolution viewing. I expect at liest 80% of my audience to have a display size larger than 800X600

Snitz Exchange vs. Mod Resource vs. ???
So which is THE place to upload mods? I have some old mods to dump off someplace so that people can get to them. I'm hoping I only need to put them in one spot.

Well, the Snitz Exchange was never ment to 'compete' with the Mod Resource . . . there is alot more I hope to make avalible there in the future.
One of the major differences at the moment is taht if somthing goes wrong at the Snitz exchange, I'm there to fix it. . . I don't know where Stimmy went

Question,
Why dont' you two get together and have one repository?
i'd be happy to set up a snitz.com subdomain with mail abilities for the team!
http://exchange.snitz.com sound good?

The Mod Resource was made with by Da Stimmulator. If we could find him. . . then we could probably work to combine the projects.

From redbrad's comment, I would think he has something to do with that?

Redbrad is only hosting it. The code was designed by Da Stimulator. We would need his permission and his knoledge of his design to combine the projects.

ah... well... in the meantime... do you want to have a subdomain set up for your project (as you are actively supporting it)?

Unfortunatly I don't know what to send you. I dont think my host supports domain names on subdirectories.
I do know that the ip for ls3k.com is 63.99.209.7 (the snitz exchange is at 63.99.209.7/snitz/) and that the mail servers are mail.ls3k.com
