A user commented that he had to log in every time even though he had the remember password box checked.
How can that problem be fixed so that the forum will remember his login information?

I went into my internet options and deleted cookies, browsing history, well, essentially everything including the bookmark and reset everything. It remember me again! :-)

Can you ask them to check the time, date (including year) on their computer and that they have cookies enabled?
Are they using a firewall like Norton internet Security? Sometimes they can block forum cookies. Does the problem occur when the firewall is disabled? |
