I have a problem user that I have locked and locked and even deleted, but they keep comming back under a different NEW name. Is there anyway I can block this user by there IP address so they can NEVER get back in from that computer?

We have a lock out problem on the CreditMaina Forum. The other mod.tried to lock out a member gone bad and locked everyone out of the main part of the forum "Credit / Debt Help & Scam Alerts
This " this also locked the archives ect.
I have been trying for weeks to get hold of Admin and have had no response.Is there any way to unlock this ? email or post whatever is best , thanks........ wesaidso@frazmtn.com<

got a link to your forum? When you say you have been trying to get ahold of Admin, do you mean the Admin of your forum?<

Have you tried contacting whoever is behind the email address that can be found on those forums' policy.asp?<

Yes half the time the emails bounce or are never answered,witch seams strange.Up to now no responce from Admin. dead
If you are waiting for an email from admin. good luck<

Still nothing can't get hold of Admin. Is there anything Snitz can do ? To un-lock the forum.<

Nobody here can do anything to help you. We're neither capable of, nor allowed to edit anything on those forums. The only things I see that you can do are either keep trying to contact someone in charge on that site/forum, or leave those forums and try to find another forum to discuss whatever the subject of those forums are.<
