Blocking a Users IP Address?

I have a problem user that I have locked and locked and even deleted, but they keep comming back under a different NEW name. Is there anyway I can block this user by there IP address so they can NEVER get back in from that computer?

We have a lock out problem on the CreditMaina Forum.
The other mod.tried to lock out a member gone bad and locked everyone out of the main part of the forum "Credit / Debt Help & Scam Alerts This " this also locked the archives ect. I have been trying for weeks to get hold of Admin and have had no response.Is there any way to unlock this ?

got a link to your forum? When you say you have been trying to get ahold of Admin, do you mean the Admin of your forum?<

Yes half the time the emails bounce or are never answered,witch seams strange.Up to now no responce from Admin. If you are waiting for an email from admin. good luck<

Still nothing can't get hold of Admin. Is there anything Snitz can do ? To un-lock the forum.<

Nobody here can do anything to help you. We're neither capable of, nor allowed to edit anything on those forums.
The only things I see that you can do are either keep trying to contact someone in charge on that site/forum, or leave those forums and try to find another forum to discuss whatever the subject of those forums are.<
